We currently have two rooms available one smaller room for $1250/monthly which is available from Sep 1 and a 2nd room for $1350/monthly which is available from July 1. You can rent one room, or rent both rooms if you are moving with a friend, but each room is for one person only. Utilities are not included in rent and shared between 4. Total for 1 person its $60-70 including everything. The apartment has a large shared kitchen and plenty of natural light, and you'll be living with working professionals (1 female from France, 1 local male, both are Harvard/MIT-affiliated professional). We are looking for someone respectful, clean, and easygoing, ideally for a long-term stay. Serious inquiries only if the ad is up, the room is still available.
