    **Adjoining lot at 20 Blake Avenue is part of this property, side yard, but has a separate tax assessment record. It has a square footage of 3750 square feet and, added to the area of the house lot, brings the total square footage to 6875 Square feet. The side yard has an 18' by 26' blacktopped area that can be used for a basketball court. **AQUA of PA is the water utility for Rockledge borough and has completed its mains upgrade program on Blake avenue and throughout the borough. Air handler behind knee wall on third floor; outdoor compressor hidden in white fence corral which also hides trash receptacle. **Electrical service upgraded to 200A October, 2007. Two service panels utilize 15 amp and 20 amp magnetic circuit breakers for house circuits, 30 amp breakers for HWH and HVAC compressor. The main entrance service panel provides a 60 amp circuit breaker feed to a service panel dedicated to kitchen circuits. All house circuits are inventoried and described in spreadsheets attached to the service panels. **All kitchen counter and wall outlets are GFCI outlets and GFCI-protected outlets are provided in the laundry room. **Electrical outlets are provided near all windows to simplify seasonal window lighting. **External GFCI outlets are provided at the front and rear of the house. **All external wood surfaces capped with new aluminum capping March/April, 2007. Front porch columns and railing replaced at the same time. **North side brick work repointed in 1999. **Roofing is asphalt shingle and aluminum coating inspected every five years. **Full basement with waterproofed cement plastered walls and floor. **Property includes 3 dogwood trees, 2 in the backyard, and a property line maple tree plus front of house fir tree and shrubs. Side yard and back yard shrubs include several mature and younger azalea bushes. **Ten by twelve utility shed reroofed April, 2013 is situated at the far end of the back yard. Neighborhood Description Three minute walk to Fox Chase train station and a little longer to St Cecilia.
