Prospective tenants are encouraged to drive by the property to view the exterior at their convenience. Interior access is available only after an application has been submitted and approved. Once approved, you will be provided with a key to conduct a self-guided viewing of the interior. Application Requirements: A non-refundable application fee of $60 per adult (18 years of age and older) is required. The application process includes a review of the following: Credit history (minimum credit score of 500) Eviction history (no evictions within the past three years) Criminal background (no felony convictions) Employment history (minimum of six months with the current employer) Gross monthly income must be at least three times the monthly rent. Proof of income and a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license or state ID) are required for all applicants. Please note that we are not accepting housing vouchers or Section 8 at this time. Pet Policy: A one-time, non-refundable pet fee applies as follows: Small animals: $150 per pet Large animals: $250 per pet A maximum of two pets is permitted. Aggressive breeds are not allowed, and pets may not be chained or tethered on the property.
