This is a very quiet neighborhood in the east hills of Napa. We call our house a 'tree house' because we are above the valley surrounded by oak trees. There's a church across the street and a non-public access road for Napa Water District in the back. We have deer, fox, racoons, opposums and so many birds I've had to buy a book. There are no bright lights to pollute the clear night sky so meteor showers from the back deck or balcony are awesome! Only two homes have been on the market in the past 15 years and one of those was due to the death of a very long term resident. The street is off Montecito and shaped like a horseshoe so only residents and Sunday church goers use the street. We're a block from the grammar school which is one of the top three in the school district. We've been here since 1994 and love it!
