The rental sits on a half-acre lot and includes the main floor of the house, which has two roughly equal-sized bedrooms, one bath, living and dining rooms and a kitchen. There is a washer/dryer in the space available for use. The basement is not included in the rental. No pets. The property owner has a small garage space on the back of the house and will be present occasionally. The work is generally not loud. The successful rental candidate may choose to start with a month-to-month lease. If after 6 months, both parties feel it's a good fit, the landlord may offer an annual lease agreement. Promising candidates must submit to a criminal background check, employment check, and must be in good standing with previous landlords. Please book any time that I show available hours.
