The house is L-shaped, so the bedroom has no shared walls and the kitchen has only half a shared wall, plus a home office overhead (owner-occupants live in the main part of the house and one works from home). Wifi and all utilities included (A/C provided by heat pumps, with radiator back-ups that we've never needed). New kitchen, recently renovated bedroom suite and bath. Very large tile shower. Hardwood floors. Tons of closet storage. Includes enclosed bicycle storage. Lots of natural light - skylights (with electric blinds).
