Our property is located a few miles from Garnet Ghost town in Granite Co. It includes 31.72 wooded acres, 2 log cabins... the main one we finished building in 2000, and we've lived in it since then. It's odd-shaped and about 900 sq. ft. The other one is at the lower end of the property and built by an old neighbor of our's for his temporary use. It's now empty and is the smallest cabin. The third one was built by us with boards and is close to the main cabin. It has about 400 sq. ft. of space. Our daughter's been using it for 10 years. All 3 are heated with wood stoves. There's a very good year-round spring near the upper 2 cabins, that has run non-stop since the early '70's and probably back to 1910 and before. This is very rare in our area!! Cabins can be left partially furnished. The main one includes a bathtub, kitchen sink, propane range and refrigerator. There are 2 outhouses...one above and one below. Beautiful mountain views, abundant wildlife, wild huckleberries and raspberries, and various herbs!! Our property is being sold as is, and because of it's remoteness and not being able to insure it, it has to be a full cash sale. We are highly motivated to sell and open to reasonable offers.
