There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor in this 4 bedroom + 2 full bath shared house in Brighton available December 1st. The roommates will be two brothers in their mid/late 20s. Both bedrooms are available for a December 1st move-in. Bedroom #1 is $750 and faces the street (white paint). Bedroom #2 is $750 and faces the side of the neighboring house (yellow paint). Both rooms get tons of light throughout the day and can each comfortably fit a full or queen sized bed plus bedroom furniture. The bedroom facing the neighbor's house runs warmer than the other bedroom. The full bath on this floor is shared by us. There is a small bonus room included that has been being used as an office. One off-street parking space is also included. The shared spaces in the house include the full kitchen, dining room, and living room. The shared spaces are large rooms and feel very spacious. The basement has coin-op laundry that is shared with the neighbors in unit #1. There is a front and backyard with a fire pit as well. The house is a street away from Kiki's Kwik Mart as a landmark. Access to the highway is close and so is Storrow Drive. The house is owned and maintained by the landlord and the lease is managed through a local property management company.
