The rent is $1700/month plus utilities, no broker fee. The apartment is on the first floor of a two story home near all the JP hot spots - Centre St, Jamaica Pond, Arboretum - and easy access to the Orange Line at Green St stop. Parking is on the street - free and always available. Landlord is the most chill I've ever had and very responsive. This has to be a cat free apartment because of allergies, and no additional pets please. You will be taking the room of another social work phd candidate (me!) who is moving in with her partner in Rhode Island. We are looking for someone who is able to move in by June 1st; the current lease ends August 31, 2025 and there is the option to resign.
