On north side of the sunroom is a door that takes you under an ivy-covered archway to the sweet side yard. The south side door leads to a sunny, private deck and the outside shower. The character of that space carries through the entire house and yard and makes the house live much larger than its square feet might suggest. At the risk of sounding trite, we can say with confidence that a house in this condition at this price point in this current market is not likely to be be available for long.
