Peaceful creekside setting with lots of sunshine and redwood trees yet steps to downtown Mill Valley. This is the main part of our home with the owner living part time in the unit below. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen and all the furnishings to make it comfortable but with space to make it your own. There is a private outdoor courtyard upon entering the property and a deck off the living room with views of downtown Mill Valley and Mount Tam. The neighborhood is quiet yet just outside your door can be found cafes, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, hiking trails and the well loved stairways throughout the nearby hills. The perfect combination of quiet and community. The current caveat is that there is home construction happening across the street weekdays 8-4. Mostly it is not noisy but sometimes there is greater activity. The rental includes one off street parking space, washer dryer, twice monthly apartment cleaning and all utilities. This is a month to month rental with minimum one month and max to end of January 2027. Sorry, no pets allowed.
