Hi all, My wife and I are moving out of the apartment that we've called home for two and a half years, and we're looking for someone to take over our lease, which ends on January 31st, 2020. From there, you'd be able to sign a new lease with the apartment company and stay as long as you'd like! The apartment has one bedroom and one bathroom, but the living space and the bedroom are both exceptionally large. It has lovely wood floors, in good condition except for one scratched-up spot in the bedroom (we covered it up easily with a rug). Large windows in the living room provide a lot of light, and you'll rarely have to turn the lights on until nighttime. However, that's really up to you because electricity, heat, and water are all included in the rent! The only utility you'll be paying for is cable/internet. There's an air-conditioner included in the living room (though we rarely use it), and the apartment is kept REALLY warm during the winter months. You can control the intensity of the heat with one knob in the living space and one knob in the bedroom. The kitchen is relatively small, but it has served us well. Included appliances are the refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove (electric) and garbage disposal. The apartment is on the top floor of a three-story apartment building, so you'll never hear anyone walking around above you. The building has a few families, but it's mostly home to young professionals. Best of all, it's in the heart of the Elmwood Village, and it's a short walk to anywhere you want to be on the Elmwood strip. If you're ambitious, you can even walk down to Allentown too. There's on-site laundry right across the courtyard, with brand-new machines (installed a week ago) that you can pay for via credit card. There's also a first-come, first-served parking lot that we're able to find a space in about 80% of the time. When that doesn't work out, street parking is exceptionally easy to find. Only once in 2+ years have we had to park more than a block away. That said, you can also rent a garage space from the apartment company for an additional fee. You'll have to get in touch with them about that! As far as I can tell per another listing website, similar apartments in the same complex are now leasing for $985. That said, since you'll be hopping onto our lease for the next seven months, you'll only be paying $905. Also, you'll be doing me and my wife a HUGE favor since we're being forced to relocate for work. That has to be worth something! If you have any questions or you would like to come see the apartment, please don't hesitate to reach out to me ASAP. I look forward to hearing from you! All utilities included (tenant pays cable/internet)
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
