At signing, I require the first month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent. The initial lease term is May 29, 2026 through May 28, 2027, unless we agree in writing to a longer term. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and lawn maintenance. In the past I have provided a lawn mower for tenant use, and I may be able to work that out again if needed. I have a full lease with standard terms that I am happy to provide to interested renters.
