We offer 23 industrial style loft apartments consisting of one Studio, 10 One Bedroom/One Bath units, 7 One Bedroom/ One and a Half Baths units, 2 Two Bedroom/One Bath units, and 3 Two Bedroom/One and a Half Baths units. Each unit is unique no cookie-cutter apartments here! Rents range from $1000 per month for the Studio to $1650 for a Two Bedroom/One and a Half Bath apartment. WiFi and Internet are included in your rent. Utilities are not included. There is a $40 monthly fee for water, sewer, and trash services. Garage spaces are $50 per month and are very limited. (Do think seriously about getting a parking space don't let the Hornell winters catch you without indoor parking!). Of course, there will be plenty of free outdoor parking as well. Pets are allowed with a one-time nonrefundable $350 pet deposit and a $35 per month per pet rent. Please let me know if you want to schedule a tour.
