It has floor-to-ceiling windows, is two blocks from both lakes, and is situated above the Festival Foods grocery store. It has stainless steel appliances, guarded security, granite countertops, an in-unit washer and dryer, an exclusive fitness center, and a rooftop furnished terrace for summer BBQs/tanning. The apartment has been cleaned every Friday and is in very good condition. Dogs and cats are allowed. Paid parking is available, although, the street is also free. Unpictured but also included is a 6-drawer bedroom dresser, a tall pantry closet, and all the basic essentials. Much of my personal belongings will be stored before move-in.
