This is Yarmouth Port. A serene neighborhood made up of dignified and sturdy homes just off Old King's Highway (aka Rt 6A). From here it's an easy trip to the store, the bank, the beach, etc. Nicholas Drive itself is right on the bike path, with miles of smooth safe sidewalk for biking, dog walking, etc. We left room in the price for updates we think you might like to do in the kitchen and baths, but otherwise, the house was beautifully laid out to begin with and has recently enjoyed a brisk freshening up with a thorough scrubbing, interior paint, newly finished hardwoods. All of it on a nice quiet cul-de-sac.
