Hello! I am looking for a roommate in my home in Medford, MA. The room is available now but we are flexible with the move in date. The room is large (11'x10') and has a large closet as well. You would share a bathroom with only one other roommate in the house. The room is rented unfurnished. Rent is $1300 per month plus utilities. Utilities are split between the roommates (gas, electric, water/sewer, wifi). The cost of utilities is about $125 per person per month. There is no broker fee. First month, last month and security deposit are due prior to move in (3 x $1300 = $3900). The lease would run until 5/31/27 with an option to renew. The house is spacious with an open floor plan and is located on Park Ave in Medford. There is a large living room with a sitting area, a dining area, a full kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas range) with bar seating and tons of storage space. The common areas already have furniture! There is free laundry in the basement and the home has central AC. There is also a patio with outdoor furniture and grill in the back of the house. There is on street parking available with no permit required. The house is near to restaurants, bars, gyms, grocery stores, parks/recreation areas, train and bus lines, I-93 and more! We like to keep common and personal spaces clean. We have a weekly cleaning schedule to make sure the space is always tidy. We keep noise low during the work week. Sometimes we have small groups of friends over. We would love to have someone who enjoys a similar lifestyle! No pets. No smoking.
