One bedrooms with queen sized bed, one bedroom has 1 twin and 1 full, last 2 are with a full sized bed. There are also 2 pull out futons that sleeps 2 in each living room area & one extra twin cot. Outdoor Shower, private propane grill & picnic area. Propane tank for grill provided, propane itself not provided, if gas remains from previous tenant, you can use it. Two parking spaces for any sized vehicle is included. All mattresses will have protectors on them, a few starter rolls of toilet paper are always provided as well as a bath mat however linens are NOT provided. Great rental house for larger families, reunions or friends. We allow pets for a one time pet fee of $150 for the first pet, $75 for any additional pet. We can host a maximum of 3 pets.
