Fully furnished 2 bed, 1 bath twin available for short-term or long-term rental. House has washer/dryer, dishwasher, ceiling fans, central air. Utilities are not included. Lease will be written up and customizable for the tenant. I'm looking for at least a 3 month least which could go month to month after that. If you want to sign a yearlong lease, that could also be arranged. Once we connect and we both want to continue, we can work out the details.
