Visit the coast or hike the mountains in less than a one hour drive. Newport is a great central area to go and explore Maine, east, north, south, and west. We own the properties on either side and across the street. We have lived in our home since 1989. If you are looking for a quiet and low key place to stay, this is it. Minimum stay is 3 months. First months rent, deposit, and cleaning fee are due with lease signing. A one month notice is required for termination. If lease is extended it will become month to month. Rental is for bottom floor only. On site storage is not available. Vehicle is to be parked in garage or designated parking area. Rent is fully inclusive of heat, electric, water, sewer, and internet. Main heat source is a Pellet Stove and pellets are included in the monthly rent. Heat pumps are available in the kitchen and bedroom for heating/cooling. House is equipment with dishes, cookware, sheets, blankets, towels, etc.. Rent includes all mowing and snow removal. This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed in the home or on the premises. Pets are negotiable and subject to professional cleaning fees. Tenant is responsible for trash removal to Cove-Side Wheel & Ski, Inc.
