School is right up the street (kids can walk in less than 5 minutes) and is consistently one of the top schools in the state. Neighborhood is very active, with walkers, cyclists, runners, hikers. Extensive running, walking and mountain biking trails are just 3 minutes from the front door. Deer Creek Canyon is less than 10 minutes away. Even with all these options, 470 makes the airport less than 45 minutes and Downtown just 30 minutes away. If we were to move, it would be in the same area, and would only be to provide more space for our growing business (which offices out of our home and takes up space)
