There are two rooms used as bedrooms, another bedroom currently furnished as an office, and a loft which could be a reading room, or just a pleasant leisure room. Like most living spaces, this one has to be seen to decide whether it speaks to you. It's been designed for a small number of people to have a lot of spaces to enjoy the luxury and views. Being warm or cool is never an issue, the cottage is quite well insulated, and a modern AC system with gas heat for winter keeps it comfortable in any temperature. INCLUDED utilities include fiber-speed internet, $1800 monthly. Minimum 3 months. Generally six months minimum although a 3 month minimum would be considered. Not too much formality in a small-town setting, the idea is to establish trust between parties and make sure in a meeting that it is a good fit for all concerned. We rely less on paperwork or credit checks or the like and more on just the gut feel of whether we have a good fit.
