It's perfect as a full time residence or a weekend or seasonal retreat. As you look out the sliding glass doors and past the open terrace, you will absolutely enjoy the beautiful 180 degree water view that encompasses the complex. New carpeting and tile were installed last year as well as new stainless steel appliances. The community has its own pool, cabana, laundry room, and gym. Low monthly HOA fees and a beautiful Key West styled building make this an excellent buy as a full time or seasonal residence or even an investment property. Golf and spa memberships at PGA are available but not mandatory for residents. Don't let this one get away!
