Beautiful, large, blue tiny house with a bedroom on the first floor. Vaulted ceiling in living room. Beautiful, large bathroom with walk-in shower and sliding doors. House measurements are 12 ft wide by 36 ft long. Lots of windows, tons of natural light. The best part of this house is the huge covered deck with gorgeous views of Cherokee River and the Smoky Mountains. Also has a carpeted loft with real stairs. This can be used for extra sleeping, storage, etc. I was planning to make a library up there with a twin bed for guests Pictures are from when house was first built.
