There is a large bedroom, bath and closet. There is backup power on the property in case the power goes out. The neighborhood is very quiet, however we live on the property and have 2 children ages 9 & 11. Home is currently furnished as seen in pictures but can be rented furnished or unfurnished. We are looking for tenant(s) who are familiar with mountain living and all that it entails. First month rent and security deposit due at time of signing 1-year lease.
