Apartment has its own private entrance with a porch and private lawn area. Owner pays for water and sewer. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. There is a washer and dryer available for use but I charge $25/month if you'd like to use it. Lease is for 1 year and then automatically converts to a month-to-month lease.
