On-site washer and dryer for your convenience and plenty of parking space. Also incudes rubbish and recycling fees. Electric and affordable baseboard heat, with controls in each room for added temperature control. We are looking for a year lease and hoping for a longer term tenant but would request a year commitment to begin. We do require you to keep the hallways and property in clean uncluttered condition. We do not require renters insurance but highly recommend it. There is absolutely no smoking inside the apartment/building, and if smoking outside all cigarettes etc. are expected to be disposed of properly.
