There is also plenty of parking near the unit. This condo is available from now through the end of May 2025, so I'm looking for someone that is needing a place for the next 4 months only. No smoking of any kind in the condo. Marina Cay requires anyone smoking to be at least 25 feet from the buildings. Marina Cay does not allow any animals. Plenty of parking onsite near the condo.
