Highlights include: -refurbished 100 year old floors -French doors leading to private balcony -brand new appliances and kitchen -large and plentiful windows for all your plant needs The private apartment in part of a split house with seven other wonderful tenants. It has a private entrance and balcony. I am looking for someone clean, quite, and respectful of the space and people. There is room for street parking and free laundry off site (1 block away). On the whole the aprtment has some quirks (leaning floors, unique layout, and soooo many windows!), but is a real joy to live in. The apartment has a separate bedroom but because of the wide-arched entrance does not have a door.
