Townhouse is two bedroom with full bath upstairs and powder room on main level. The unit has its own garage and laundry room. Just installed new kitchen countertops and dishwasher. Installed two new ceiling fans. New carpet is being installed in a couple weeks . There is a deck at ground level off of the living room. There is also a community pool that i pay the membership for.I do not provide a washer or dryer The lease is a one year lease then goes to a month to month lease after that, , i reqiure one months rent as security deposit. I also require you to fill out a rental application. Renter is required to pay utilities such as natural gas, electric, water ,cable , and garbage. I the landlord will pay the sewage.the utilities costs are usually very reasonable.also no pets allowed
