This is a great spot in Woodstock, located on Yerry Hill Road. It is private, relaxing, and close to town. We have enjoyed it both as weekenders from Brooklyn and as full-time residents, and it works well for both. The house has charm, character, and warmth, making great for a family or as an escape from city life. The home has been well cared for by our family, and we are looking for someone who will do the same. 12-month lease preferred. Tenant responsible for all utilities. First month's rent and one-month security deposit due at signing. No pets preferred due to allergies; may be considered on a case-by-case basis. No smoking. Qualified applicants must have good credit and sufficient, verifiable income.
