In the 55+community of The Canyon in Cathedral City lies a beautiful manufactured home park. It is known as a premier park. The streets are wide and the grounds are kept beautifully. This home is special because it has two ensuite bedrooms on either side of the home. Most of the home is origninal so you can make it your own. The floors are beautiful and the home is spotless. The shed is very large with plenty of shelves. Right next to the home on the west side is a walk through path that leads to the clubhouse, pond, and all the fun activies like tennis, pickleball, shuffelboard, swimming, parties and dinners!
