Nearby are great places like: * Lazarus Brewery * Whislers Cocktail Bar * Cuvee Coffee * Via 313 Pizza * Suerte * Town Lake Trail I'm flexible with respect to the lease term (short/long), the price, and the extent by which it's furnished. The posted price would be furnished and all bills paid except for internet.
