Hello I’m renting a room out not the entire condo, so I’m looking for a roomate a single female tenant I prefer as I’m a 23 year old female I’m looking for someone around my age or close, I’ll accept couples but rent will change slightly. The room has 2 windows, a nice roomy closet with sliding doors, a ceiling fan as well and blinds for the Window. I’m looking for someone clean, respectful and responsible, no pets allowed. Rent is due every month on the 4th $750. We also have a pool and jacuzzi. And a parking structure that gives out a permit. Available by feb 1st
