    The house is just over one mile (just a five-minute drive) to our famous T-Street beach, dozens of other amazing beaches, and the main pier area. Our property offers a sweeping ocean view from the main living areas and rear patio and it is a clean, understated getaway with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. We have a brand new large-size spa in the private front courtyard. It is a very private beach cottage-style house with open beam ceilings, and a double car garage and is close to everything you could ever want in the beach village of San Clemente. The house has beautiful dark wood flooring throughout and a great design with a gourmet kitchen including granite countertops and an adjacent great room living space and dining room. The Primary Bedroom has a California King-sized bed with large-screen television and a large ceiling fan. It is equipped with a large full bathroom featuring double sinks, and a large shower and has loads of closet space. The Second Bedroom also has a California King-sized bed and has the most amazing ocean views and is complete with a sitting area, a large walk-in closet and easy access to the shared full bathroom with double sinks, a full-sized bathtub, and a rain head shower. The Third Bedroom is accessed either by passing through the second bedroom or via an exterior door in the courtyard. It has a Queen sized bed complete with easy access to the shared full bathroom. There is an additional half bathroom located just off of the main living area for your convenience. The rear patio area is equipped with outdoor dining, a barbecue area and has a sun deck with a seating area for relaxation while taking in the gorgeous beach climate or for entertaining with friends all complete with incredible panoramic views of the ocean. We do have a city noise ordinance and ask in advance that you be sensitive with regard to noise and music outside as we live close to all of our neighbors in this community and we have great respect for our neighbors. Village and Beach Access our house is very centrally located a short distance to the beach and has easy access to a variety of local markets, coffee houses, and dozens of restaurants and bars.
