No smokers or pets, renter pays utilities. The wood burning stove in the photos has been removed since insurance would not cover it, so sorry! Typical Airport Heights three bedroom, one bath floor plan, gas stove, new indoor paint, no pets. Great evening sun light in back yard with fire pit, apple tree with too many apples to harvest each fall. Back yard and front yard good for kids.
