The rent is 1,130 a month per room. In addition there is a $15 utilities fee per month on top of the utilities bill which estimates to be about $30 a month. As for additional cost and fees there are $99 for the application and $150 for the lease signing fee. This is one one time fee however and will not apply if you resign for future semesters. It's fully furnished and it is only a four minute drive from campus. The room is located in the hallway next to all the amenities on the 2nd floor and has a nice view of the pool.
