Our Unit is completely remodelled and has a brand new washer and dryer, we also have brand new utilities like new beds with new bed frames, brand new TV with couches and more, the units A/C unit was recently replaced. Everything in the unit is brand new and completely furnished the tenant only needs to bring personal belongings, the unit is well located with everything being walking distance including the beach which is a 8 min walk, Publix which is around the corner and a park 1 min from the building to take your kids. The building also has a nice pool and friendly neighbours. Owner will be in charge of maintenance, water, and garage, the tenant is only paying for FPL and internet. We require for the tenant to not smoke inside the apartment or disrupt neighbours. Tenant must keep the apartment clean or organised and all of the furniture must be maintained, if any of the furniture us damaged we will keep the security deposit to cover for the damages. If the tenant is late on rent an additional charge of 25% will be added to rent for every month the tenant fails to pay.
