Main floor: living/dining room, a recently updated furnished (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal) kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Upstairs: one bedroom and an extra room. Unfinished basement: laundry/storage room. Use of one car detached garage (storage only). The only thing that we pay is the trash. Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, water and sewer; then, of course, phone and cable if desired. The tenant is also responsible for lawn care.
