There's no-one below you, while you're at least 12 feet above the ground, enabling the doors and windows to be left open at night with confidence. Your 1st parking space is also on the 2nd floor (after 2 security parking gates), only 3 parking spaces from the private hallway (your door is 1st on the right "groceries"). Parking inside helps keep your car cool, clean and safe. Bonus: you're located right above an exit making it accessible to friends who need your remote in case they park longer than 30 minutes. We are currently looking for a great tenant who will be with us at least a year... preferred longer if possible! The new occupant needs to love the place as the owner did before them. The owner installed newer flooring, newer paint, blinds, etc, etc. We even offer nice clothes washer and dryer, as well as, a stainless frig. Manager and security are paid for.
