This is a rent to own program, that actually buys a home for you. This is not a scam, I am a licensed Realtor. The first step is to fill out the pre-application and if that is approved you can fill out the full application and the fee is $50. When the full app is approved they give me a dollar amount of how much house they will buy for you, they can close in about 30 days. You have 5 years to purchase the house, but I recommend you buy it in 2 years, because the price of the home goes up every year. They are not concerned about credit score, but will evaluate your credit history, does not need to be perfect, that you at least try to pay your bills.
