Two blocks from the madness of Polk, 6 blocks from Fillmore and 7 blocks from Union for every amenity you could possibly need/want. One block from beautiful Lafayette Park. Also great for multiple public transportation routes. The Apartment: Lovely, light-filled living room and dining rooms. Spacious enough for all your game nights and dinner parties. Fully stocked kitchen with DW. W/D in building. Street parking. One full bathroom + an additional room with a 2nd toilet, affectionately referred to as the deucing closet. The Room: It's cozy, and off its own little hall, which is great if you're a light sleeper or you just like to get weird out of earshot. I fully support that! There's also a delightfully strange bonus feature - a corner closet in the room with a sink and vanity shelves. But don't worry, there's also a sizable "real" closet for your threads. Utilities, media and internet are included with the rental fee. I do not require 1st and last month upfront (just 1st), but I require 30 days notice if moving out. If we agree to have a professional cleaning service, we can negotiate charges.
