Conveniently located close to Sarasota Airport (20 minutes) and the Tampa Airport (55 minutes). Also, close to major Florida attractions including; Busch Gardens (45 minutes), Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World (2 hours). Master bedroom includes a new (as of 2019) King bed, flat screen cable TV, with a sliding door to the screened in patio. Full size closet, in unit washer and dryer and all of the linens and fixings for an enjoyable stay! Have guests or children, not a problem. We have a Queen pullout bed in the living room and an optional full blow up mattress as well! Enjoy the convenience of a fully functional kitchen with full table settings and cooking supplies, full sized washer and dryer, and a private parking space reserved directly outside of your unit (guest spots also available). Other items include toaster, coffee maker, ice maker, beach toys and chairs! Condo include access to a beautiful, large heated swimming pool (the largest on the island), a tennis and bocce ball court, recreation room, sauna, exercise equipment, shuffleboard and a fishing pier. And of course, a beautiful beach only steps away. A wide selection of activities, gourmet restaurants and shops are minutes away, along with a free trolley which runs the length of Anna Maria Island. Take a stroll down the beach or Gulf Drive to Historic Bridge Street, which includes miniature golfing, restaurants, pubs, water-view seating for breakfast/coffee/drinks, and local jewelry and clothing shops.
