There is a huge fenced in backyard that gets lawn maintenance every two weeks. The washer and dryer are in the one car garage. This is a very quiet location that is only 10 minutes from downtown Charleston or Folly beach. The neighborhood is great for pets and this home welcomes dogs. I am always only a short distance away if you should need anything. Utilities are included in the rent. All utilities are included. Lawn maintenance is also included in the rent. Dogs are permitted, however cats are not. We are highly allergic to cats and can not have them in the house. This is a non-smoking home, however you are welcome to smoke outside. There is a small 1 car garage and 3 additional parking spots tandem in the driveway. This is a month to month or maximum 3 month rental with option for month to month after. If you have pets, the security deposit will be used for cleaning and damage. There will be a $200 deduction for cleaning depending on the condition of my home after the end of lease. I only ask that if there are any issues that arise throughout your time renting to please alert me so that I can get it taken care of immediately.
