    Wonderful sunlit Contemporary ranch that is set in a park look view, scenery is beautiful every season (my favorite was winter with snow; neighborhood has chalet look). Ideal for couples or small families, even couples w/parent(s). Why am I moving then? My family lives in Southern Oregon where I want to be!! I would move it there if I was wealthy ;) Neighborhood Description Great neighborhood, very friendly and everyone looks out for the others! It is a pet friendly also : ) Home is right around corner from a city park. View of Mt. Hood close also. Public pool within a few blocks, historical homes and downtown all around, since Oregon City was a first city in Oregon and once the capital. Close enough to Portland for great shopping and dining! In an hour and a half you are at Mount Hood, Mt Saint Helens, the beaches etc.
