All utilities included (Except internet, that will be divided by everyone in the house) Great, quite neighborhood near a really great park. (Richmond Beach Saltwater Park is just down the hill) Close to QFC, Fred Meyer, and a few good restaurants and shopping areas, just down the street. There is a good size, double sink bathroom, to share with one other person. A great roomy, shared kitchen with a gas stove, and 2 stacked ovens. Large back deck with a huge tree, that's nicely blocking most of the neighbors. Front and back yard to rest or play in. Some of us work from the house, so the noise levels, during normal business hours of 9am-6pm m-f, must stay acceptable for everyone nothing too crazy....just an awareness. (Get togethers on the weekend are fine.) There is also a great shared living room and dining room as well. Come take a look, and see if its a fit. No smoking inside. Noise levels during normal business hours, must be maintained. (Not walking on tiptoes quiet or anything...just be polite and be respectful, its a big place.) Internet is split between all current renters.
