We are close to all the restaurants and stores as well. Professional (real estate/youth/professor) M/F couple, 21 yr old college/working gent, 24 yr old manager gent, 25 yr old finance gent. We are looking for one more gent for the large, vacant room. $36 one time background fee. All utilities, Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, linens, dresser, closet, run of the 2 common areas of the house, laundry, maid service, yard service, deck, BBQ, fire pit and parking for 1 car. Just buy your own groceries and clean up after yourself. This is a very safe and inviting home that you can let your guard down and relax. We've got your back here.
