It is a nice 1 bedroom apartment, not very large, though with a large kitchen and bathroom and the bedroom and living room are decently sized. Bedroom fits our king-size bed with good space left for other items. The apartment is very sunny with direct sunlight entering through the windows in all rooms primarily in the AM hours. Hardwood floors throughout and linoleum in kitchen. The building is well maintained and we have had no problems with safety or otherwise. D-train is 4 blocks away and B8 bus stops on the side of the building. There is a playground one and a half blocks away. Heat and Hot water included in the rent.
