Inside you will find an open kitchen that leads into the unique living room that features a rock wall that wraps 3 sides of the room. You'll also have a washer / dryer in this house that is adjacent to the bedrooms and bathroom. All this on one level (there are stairs to enter the house though). Tenant is responsible for all utilities, and yard mowing (all mowing and weeds must be tended throughout the full season). Must be able to pass our credit and background checks and must show proof of income and have a great rental history. There is to be NO smoking / vaping / drug use in the house and absolutely no drugs are allowed on property.
