We're moving across the country and are incredibly sad to leave this house behind. We want to find someone really great to replace us for the duration of the lease. We have a downstairs roommate who is moving out by October 16th; their room has its own private bathroom with a bathtub. The large master bedroom, which has a spa tub and a separate shower, is already empty. Depending on your needs, you could sublease the MBR from us starting immediately ($1576) or the whole house ($2200) starting 10/16. The lease ends February 29th of 2020. The rent on this place is ordinarily $2,400. However, to get someone in there as soon as possible, we are prepared to sublease it for $2,200. Security deposit is $2,400. A one-year lease is also available. The application in either case is through our landlord, and the fee is $40. The house has never flooded and is not in a flood zone. Utilities not included
